17 - Plural Marriage and the St. George Temple

Thinking about the evolution of doctrine surrounding plural marriage is pretty interesting. The secondary source “Celestial Marriage (Eternal and Plural)" seemed to indicate that polygamy was a requirement for "fullness of" exaltation, but I would think that current leaders would deny this practice wholeheartedly. I also found Martha Cragun Cox's journal to be super interesting. One thing I noticed from there is that she felt more close to her sister wives and said she hadn't even really been in love with her husband.
